Taking that into consideration, we consult with our clients and develop multiple compensation options for their sales team offering them a few plans to choose from so they may discover what works best for them and aligns with their vision. Successfully introducing services and products to the market does not only require a qualified cohesive sales team but also requires a solid efficient training and coaching strategy. Invictus Direct studies our clients’ domain, service and product and develops a thorough and all inclusive sales playbook that serves as the lifeline for training the soon to be assembled sales team. Moreover, we have worked with clients to help them develop pitch cards, feature sheets, pamphlets and more.
Here at Invictus Direct, we take the time to gain an in-depth understanding of our clients' requirements with every job order we work on. We study our clients’ ICP (Ideal Candidate Profile) and make sure to fully comprehend not only the qualifications that our clients are looking for, but also their company culture in order to find a quality candidate that would be a great match.
We leverage two different approaches to acquire talent for our clients: job postings and headhunting. Depending on the industry and the role itself we may utilize our resources with both of the aforementioned approaches or focus our efforts on one. Typically, the more specified the role, the more we lean towards headhunting. On the other hand, the more general the role, the more we lean towards posting the job.

Coaching & Training
Invictus Direct is fully committed and involved in the onboarding process for our clients’ sales team. We’ll be there from day one and ensure to closely work with the newly onboarded sales team. We focus on developing relationships, building rapport and establishing a cohesive tight knight team in order to keep an open line of communication, fill in any gaps in knowledge and guarantee our clients’ sales team has a mapped out path to follow.
We will create and implement several coaching and training sessions throughout the onboarding process making certain to cover all the must have information and knowledge relevant to the sales teams responsibilities. We will cover every process of the sales cycle, devise email and phone templates, shadowing exercises, pitch practices and more to create real life scenarios for the sales team and prepare them to be client facing.
Mentoring & Managing
Invictus Direct understands that a sales team functions as the well oiled engine designed to move the company forward, closer to their vision and goals. Moving with a sense of urgency and setting the pace for our clients’ sales team on a daily basis is essential to our clients’ success. Through a well thought out process, we invest the time to set up daily touchpoint calls, weekly one on one meetings, all hands on deck sales meetings and more to continuously hold accountable and engage our clients’ sales team.
Achieving and maintaining insight to the day to day activities of our clients’ sales team allows us to consistently involve our clients and keep them up to date with the progress of their sales team. We make certain to diligently update our clients with the direction of their sales team and make sure that all parties have a close eye on the horizon.
